Pizza Cosy

Excellent pizzeria, fresh and high-quality ingredients. I recommend it.

We went to Pizza Cosy because we were told they would prepare our pizzas quickly, which was important to us since we had a concert coming up soon. Unfortunately, our order simply vanished. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we still hadn't received our pizzas, and the concert was getting closer. The most disappointing thing wasn't so much the wait as the lack of internal organization. An order forgotten without anyone noticing is unacceptable, especially when delivery times are promised from the start. A very frustrating experience. If you have time constraints, I don't recommend this restaurant.

Really nice staff

The best pizza I've ever eaten abroad! Excellent quality ingredients, well-leavened dough, light and very tasty. The staff was really kind and helpful. I also appreciated the menus in several languages, a very useful touch for tourists. If you're looking for excellent pizza, this place is highly recommended!

Good tasty pizza

After yet another order—because I am, or rather was, a loyal customer—the delivery is delayed again. Tonight, it's over 45 minutes late. After two calls, 20 minutes apart, I get the same excuse both times: that the driver supposedly left 10 minutes ago. This is blatant nonsense and bad faith! The second, more aggressive caller explains that they've had a lot of orders and are therefore experiencing delays. I would have preferred they told me things clearly during my first call rather than treating me like an idiot and making me wait like a fool. 45 minutes late and no compensation whatsoever, which is outrageous, especially since this isn't the first time this has happened. I've been a customer for a long time and kept ordering from them because their pizzas are very good despite everything, but every time there's a problem (out of stock, repeated delays) and never any compensation... for a business, that's unacceptable. I work in the restaurant industry, so I know what it's like to have a busy schedule and not always be able to be on time, but honesty and respect for customers should be a priority. That's what I hold against them because I would have completely understood the situation, but apparently it's not theirs, and I sincerely regret that. I won't be ordering from them again.

A huge thank you to Amal and Celia for their exceptional welcome! They were lovely, always smiling, and incredibly attentive from beginning to end. Thanks to their cheerfulness and professionalism, we had a wonderful time. The service was quick, friendly, and truly enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to be welcomed by such kind people. We will definitely be back!

I often get takeaway from them; the team is great, very welcoming and friendly. The salads and pizzas are very good.
