A very nice bakery with lots of choices and really delicious 🥰

Very disappointed with this bakery. The prices are high for a quality that is clearly lacking. The galette des rois (king cake) was almost empty of frangipane: more of an air cake than anything else, and completely tasteless. The baguettes are small, bland, and regularly have black spots on the bottom. These are clearly burnt residues (crumbs, flour, dough) from a poorly cleaned baking mat or oven. This kind of defect is completely avoidable with a minimum of care and shouldn't exist in a professional bakery. The pains au chocolat (chocolate croissants) are often undercooked, about two out of three times. On top of that, there were two order errors, which I only discovered once I got home. I persevered, thinking it might just be an off day… but not at all: the problems are recurring. Despite the proximity, I will not return and I prefer to travel further to find a more reputable bakery.

Absolutely outrageous. I went one afternoon, and the waitress was unbearable. My package was poorly wrapped, she was unpleasant, and she didn't even give me a napkin. She made a mistake on the card reader, charging me 10 euro cents. When I pointed it out, her bad faith led her to make a snide remark, something like, "No, you shouldn't have been so quick, I'll have to do it again." I knew card readers worked for contactless payment. But I didn't know they worked by telepathy. She's a woman of a certain age who probably felt entitled to act like that because I'm young, but if she wants, I'd be happy to teach her how to behave properly in front of her customers.

This bakery was good until the change of ownership. The pastries have a rancid aftertaste, and half the time the baguette is defrosted… ironically, the quality has gone down but the prices have gone up, well done!

Excellent bakery, whether you're looking for sweet or savory treats. Well done and keep up the good work!

It's been a nightmare ever since the Sarroche company bought it!

It was inevitable: new ownership, higher prices, and lower quality—well done. Dry brioche, croissants without butter, tasteless cookies, and bread that crumbles and doesn't keep at all—the taste is incredibly bland. It's a real shame; the bakery before Sarroche was so much better. I'm going to switch bakeries too.

The price has increased significantly. The quality is lacking.

We bought a coffee éclair today, and the cream was grainy. Much less good than before, and especially much more expensive. We won't be back.

I've been very disappointed since the change of ownership. The bread I buy in the morning is stale by evening. The worst part is the pan bagnat, made with burger buns instead of proper round bread—it's sacrilege! I'm not the only one, and they're going to lose customers.
