Le Pinocchio

Excellent wood-fired pizza, I highly recommend it 🍕

We've been coming to this region for many years, and for our last dinner there, we chose the Pinocchio restaurant in Le Brusc, as we often do, because we've always had a good time and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very disappointing. The carpaccio was covered with a brown salad, visibly wilted and poorly drained, which made the whole dish soggy. When we politely pointed this out to the chef, his reaction was completely disproportionate. He became aggressive, threatening, and very unpleasant. Despite the fact that we hadn't eaten the dish, we were forced to pay for it. This situation made everyone at our table very uncomfortable and completely ruined our last dinner. It's a huge disappointment, especially since we had always enjoyed this restaurant before.

We have come to the restaurant since I was a small girl and we have loved the atmosphere and food but today the food was disappointing and when we told the chef he was really threatening and unfriendly. Do not go to this place!! They ruined the last night of our vacation:(

I had already been to this pizzeria several times with a friend, and everything had always gone very well. So, we were happy to return this evening. Not being very hungry, we planned to have an aperitif and share a single pizza, and order another if we were still hungry. The first waiter, very pleasant, took our order without any problem. However, a second waiter came over to make a comment about the fact that we had only ordered one pizza, explaining that "service matters" and that he was going to charge us extra for the cover charge, which I completely understand. All of this was delivered in a particularly unpleasant tone. His attitude clearly made us uncomfortable and completely ruined our evening. We finally asked for a container to take the rest home and left. It's a real shame, because we used to come regularly and enjoyed this establishment. I can understand the constraints of running a restaurant, but there's a way to speak to customers. A little courtesy would have made all the difference. I wouldn't go back.

A pizza with a cardboard-like crust, dishes with very limited side dishes, if you want to leave the restaurant hungry and disappointed, don't hesitate, otherwise many other restaurants are much better.
