Caprice du brusc

The ice cream was excellent, but there was an issue with the cleanliness of the tables and floors outside. We asked for our table to be cleaned, and it was clear that this would be inconvenient...

Strawberry Melba...it had been a long time since I'd eaten such good ice cream...no time to take a picture...I'd already devoured it!

Sold in a pizza box, but they stand out for their disappointing creativity. €17 for a pizza that isn't really a pizza, it's a "pinsa," yet it's advertised and sold as a pizza. If you ask about the size, they'll tell you it's a normal size; the surprise comes a few minutes later. This is what you call a tourist trap that literally destroys the image of restaurants on the coast. Sold in a pizza box, but they stand out for their disappointing creativity.

We've been coming to Les Caprices du Brusc for years. Whether it's for a delicious ice cream sundae, Pinsa, or, like today, the salmon tartare (superbly prepared and delicious), the welcome is always fantastic. The servers are lovely, incredibly professional, kind, and honest. The Pinsa are delicious and generous, and the ice cream is excellent. They use very high-quality local products. We were even offered a complimentary limoncello as a digestif. Thank you so much! We are valued customers, and congratulations on everything, especially your hard work! 👍🏽

The service is friendly, and the ice cream is decent. The establishment also serves pizzas, crepes, and waffles, as well as slightly more elaborate meals (which we didn't try) on its seaside terrace.

Charlotte is a pleasant and helpful waitress; her cheerful disposition makes our stay enjoyable.

I came today for the first time and had the salmon tartare with fresh fruit and tomatoes... a real treat! My daughter had the "Nero" truffle focaccia, absolutely divine! You can go there without hesitation. The waitress was incredibly friendly.

I stumbled upon this ice cream shop by chance. I was initially tempted by a goat cheese and honey pinsa, which was good, light, and flavorful. But my best surprise was the chocolate ice cream. Pure bliss of taste and flavor, a real treat! I was starting to despair of finding a good ice cream shop after being disappointed several times in Sanary with bland, tasteless ice cream. So I'll gladly return to Caprice du Brusc to enjoy it again with my friends! 😋

These little pizzas are amazing, they're delicious! It's a shame there aren't more options. They have tons of ice cream choices, like the Smurf flavor, which you can't find anywhere else and which I love. I highly recommend it.

A delightful surprise at the end of a hike along the Mediterranean coast: discovering this ice cream shop!
