Marie Blachère SANARY SUR MER

Increasingly disappointing. The other morning I ordered three pain au chocolat and a croissant at 8 a.m., and they seemed to be from the day before, not fresh at all. Today I ordered two salmon sandwiches, a lemon tart, and a flan, and the waitress didn't seem to listen to me. She made me repeat myself three times, and I finally got home with only one salmon sandwich in my bag! Disappointing.

Pigeons were loitering in the sales area, with nothing being done about it. Only one table was available inside for eating in, and the problem was that it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, both the seat and the table itself. The brioche was tasteless. The pizza that the saleswoman kindly offered me, hot, was just about acceptable. The only positive point: the saleswoman was welcoming, attentive, and smiling. As for hygiene, this is the first and last time I'll ever set foot in that place.

These bakeries use the same recipes everywhere, and they're very good. I really enjoyed the sandwiches, breads, and pizzas. Friendly staff.
