Following an incident during a McDonald's+ order, the restaurant manager was responsive and found a solution to best satisfy me. I returned a second time to eat in; the service was quick, and the young staff were friendly and smiling. This restaurant has a large, air-conditioned games room and offers table service. I thank the entire team again and the manager for her warm welcome.

Pleasantly surprised by the service! They were so patient in helping us order. I was with my aunt, and one employee was incredibly kind, patient, and smiling from beginning to end. It's the first time I've ever seen that at McDonald's! I found the whole team very professional and welcoming, within reason! Kudos to the managers who train their team so well. And the food was piping hot—in short, there's nothing to complain about. I don't usually like eating in, but now I know I'll enjoy it!

getting worse and worse

Meh. The drink lid wasn't properly closed, making the sandwiches soggy—not great. For Click & Collect, you have to go inside. What's the point then? You might as well use the drive-thru. Here, you have to park (which is difficult) and go inside, when the whole point is to avoid going into the restaurant; otherwise, you might as well eat in. Why not put a kiosk outside like at other McDonald's? My last visit was even worse. After waiting to place my order because some of the kiosks were out of order, there was a 25-minute wait for service, and then, no more Apple Pie. It was already pretty bad, but imagine my surprise to find a pancake instead of the ChocoNuts I ordered. The server's response: we were out of ChocoNuts. So, in addition to making you wait 25 minutes and not having the items for sale, they replace them with something of their own choosing. Seriously? I'm speechless. We tried again tonight as a last resort, but what a mistake! No Chinese sauce, no Deluxe sauce, no McPops bag, and only 4 nuggets in a 6-pack. All that in a single order. Who runs this McDonald's?!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The organization is terrible, the service is terrible, the drive-thru is terrible. Change McDonald's, go somewhere else.

I was sick all night after having dinner at McDonald's last night! All the available tables were dirty around 8:30 pm… we sat at the least dirty one. The fact that it's not too expensive doesn't excuse these shortcomings…

Extremely long service, and it's best to pick up your order yourself if you want to be sure of getting served. I won't even mention the order errors; it's becoming like the SNCF (French National Railway) with its delays—to be expected. Avoid it.
