I regularly order from Goat, but unfortunately, this will be the last time. I was told there would be a 45-minute wait for delivery. An hour later, still nothing, so I called again to see if my order had been shipped. No apology, no empathy. When I placed the order, I mentioned I was on the 4th floor, and when it was delivered (an hour and 15 minutes later), they asked me to get out... I got out, but no one had gotten out of the car... The meal was cold and less substantial than usual. What a shame.
