The security guards are too nice!

I really like this place and go there regularly, whether to watch matches or for other events. However, Cargo is the only establishment I've been to that doesn't provide free water for customers. You can ask for a glass of water, but if you want a bottle or a carafe, you have to pay around €4 (if I remember correctly, for a 75cl bottle). And with the heatwave, it's even more of a shame. Sometimes you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes at the bar just to ask for a simple glass of water. Frankly, putting out a few carafes of water for self-service or offering free water would be a real improvement. I find it quite absurd.

I had the chance to eat pad thai, luckily my priority was watching the match, not eating, because the dish didn't taste like pad thai at all! The chicken wasn't good!!!

To say we were “14 years old” simply because we looked young is a nonsensical justification. We were clearly 20. Judging customers solely on their appearance is unprofessional. The problem isn't that ID might be requested, but that it was only requested from us, while many other people entered just before us without any checks. This difference in treatment is difficult to understand. Furthermore, this was an event organized outdoors, not entry to a nightclub. Your handling of the situation was very disappointing. Finally, it's legitimate to question why the only people checked were a group of young Black and Arab people. If that wasn't your intention, your actions clearly gave that impression. This is regrettable, as this kind of situation damages the image of your establishment.

I came to watch the France-Senegal match, and the atmosphere was great! However, I went to get a drink 10 minutes before the end of the first half and came back 15 minutes after the second half... The wait was far too long; it's unacceptable to wait that long. Perhaps I just came on a bad day, or maybe the turnout was underestimated that evening? The staff at the bar were friendly, no complaints there. But the organization needs to be reviewed for busy evenings! (Perhaps they could limit the menu, offer some extras, open more distribution points outside... I think solutions can be found for future events!)
