A decent selection and reasonable prices. However, the service is catastrophic 😱. It sometimes feels like being at a fish market. The worst part: service without gloves, and no food net either. Now that it's warm, we even had our t-shirts folded under our armpits. In short, a shame. Good location, good selection, but everything else means we probably won't be going back.

I tried to order a pizza tray by phone on Friday at lunchtime for Saturday evening. A woman on the phone very curtly replied that they don't take phone orders… the first time I've ever seen that in a bakery. And that, in any case, it was much too late for the next day, even though I had checked your website before calling and it clearly states 24 hours' notice. You should review your customer service and the friendliness of your sales staff. One thing is for sure, we won't be coming back.

The pizza was inedible, once was enough, but not twice. Some of the saleswomen were unpleasant.

I wanted to buy some cream-colored scrunchies, and I was told that they were currently out of stock and that it was a nationwide and possibly permanent shortage. Except that two days later, they were available in La Seyne and there was never a shortage...?????

Knowing the brand, this is the first time I've eaten a sports bread so lacking in nuts; you might as well call it white bread, honestly! I was very disappointed! There were only two nuts in the bread.

I just bought a sandwich from this place. As you can see in the photo, there's almost nothing inside. A slice of ham and a little butter. Ridiculous for the price.

It feels like buying yesterday's products

The cashier was awful! While the product quality was more than acceptable, the cashier behaved rudely, aggressively, and disrespectfully. Because of this, I won't be returning and would advise many others to shop elsewhere.

The cashier was extremely unpleasant (the oldest one). The young staff were friendly and helpful.

The welcome was very unpleasant; the salespeople didn't seem to want to do their job... pathetic.

Yesterday, February 25th, at 9:00 AM, an employee acting as a cashier, rather abruptly asked me to pay. She then proceeded to give orders, acting like the boss towards her colleagues, and suddenly, having no more customers to serve, rushed off, without gloves or tongs, to pretend to rearrange the display case, fiddling with all the brioches. I quote, "How beautiful these brioches are..." All this without gloves, even though she had just taken cash five minutes earlier! This is a recurring problem in this bakery. Others use tongs when serving you an item from the display case, but if they take something from the shelves behind them, it's without gloves, or if only one hand is gloved, it's the hand that's facing them. They seem to think that with their backs to the customers, anything goes! It's disgusting!

Top-notch team! 👌 The girls are friendly and very customer-oriented. It's always a pleasure to go there. They're very brave because some customers aren't always very pleasant. Please don't change a thing, and thank you.
