A true gem in the heart of the Milona Market! Finally, a pizza that truly lives up to its name: at Casa Ribalta, the mozzarella is real, meltingly soft, and generous, a far cry from the imitations so often served elsewhere. You can immediately taste the care taken in choosing the ingredients and baking the thin, perfectly crafted crust. The service is as good as the food: Olivier runs his establishment with a kindness and professionalism that make all the difference. It's no coincidence that this place has become one of our go-to spots in the Milona Market. A significant bonus, and rare enough to be worth mentioning: Casa Ribalta accepts restaurant cards (Pluxee in my case), which makes things much easier for many of us. A place to recommend without hesitation!

The lasagna 🍝 and goat cheese pizza 🍕 were absolutely delicious, just like my Nonna's. The Parmesan... simply perfect. Thank you, Olivier, for your excellent hospitality.

Normally open on Sundays from 10:00 to 10:45, but there was no one there, so I left very disappointed. I'm looking for an open pizzeria; I think there's one in La Crau. Not very professional! Or please warn people. Thank you.
