Excellent place! The food was truly delicious and beautifully presented. The welcome was fantastic; the whole team was friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and professional, and we felt comfortable from start to finish. Honestly, we have absolutely no complaints; we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

A wonderful experience at La Colombe restaurant in Hyères! The service was simply impeccable: friendly, attentive, and perfectly executed from the moment we arrived until we were seen to the door upon leaving. As for the food, it was a true delight. From the amuse-bouche to the desserts, each dish was flavorful, refined, and prepared with great skill. The ingredients were showcased with precision, and each plate demonstrated genuine culinary expertise. There's something for everyone, whether you choose à la carte or the set menus at €45, €65, or €75, depending on your mood. We also appreciated the calm atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the impeccable upkeep of the premises, which made our experience even more enjoyable, unlike some other restaurants in town. Our first experience there. A warm welcome in a pleasant setting (on the terrace for this occasion). The food was generous (the seared tuna was perfect) and delicious. The service was efficient. A very enjoyable experience, we'll definitely be back.

Overall, a disappointing restaurant. Leaving for two for €200 with two aperitifs (€16 each???), two set menus, two glasses of wine, a bottle of water, and two coffees is far too much. The restaurant itself has a fairly simple, but rather pretty, decor. The servers are friendly and attentive to their customers. We chose the €65 set menu and were disappointed from start to finish. The flavors were there, but the presentation needs improvement for the price. Most of the dishes were served in small glasses, like in a low-end bistro. (See photos) Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

A wonderful surprise! We had dinner here last night. Eight of us were adventurous, without a reservation, and they welcomed us with great kindness. Excellent food, top-notch fish and meat, generous portions, and an excellent wine list. A tip: try the apéritif maison—you'll be amazed.

A refined atmosphere, exquisite and exquisite dishes, attentive service—the evening lived up to the reputation of this gourmet restaurant! We will be back!
