The best restaurant in Carqueiranne and undoubtedly our favorite address in France.

Today, Stéphane delighted us with a romantic lunch. His small sardines, accompanied by a divinely dressed green salad, were a treat. The cod fillet with virgin sauce was excellent, and the desserts were superb, all for under €50 per person, including wine, aperitif, and coffee. Come and enjoy this wonderful meal; this chef is well worth the trip. Stéphane, the owner of this restaurant, is an excellent cook. He transforms fresh ingredients into exquisite dishes. His cuisine is refined, and he organized a birthday meal for me that left all the guests with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this establishment.

There are some places where you just know you made the right decision to go! The Google reviews were good, and we understand why! A friendly waiter who makes you want to sit down. A menu that makes you feel like you'll be eating homemade food. Excellent value for money. A friendly and welcoming owner. A human touch that's so often lacking these days! In short, a great find for a wonderful evening! A special mention for the children's menu, which offers a dish from the regular menu at 50% off. Our daughter chose the sea bream with rice and loved it (a nice change from nuggets!). Thank you, gentlemen, for such a great time. Best of luck!

The setting isn't necessarily the most striking feature at first glance, but it's quickly forgotten thanks to what truly matters: a genuinely warm welcome and absolutely delicious cuisine. You can feel the real attention paid to the customers, and each dish is a delight. A very pleasant surprise where the quality of the experience far surpasses the experience itself.

Eyes closed...and mouth open! A (good) restaurant is like a (beautiful) life together. As time goes on, the happier you are there, the less you think to say so, quite simply, as if anesthetized by happiness! So, after several years of wonderful experiences at Faï Canta, it's high time to renew our vows. Today, we had another lovely time with Chef Stéphane and waiter Mickaël. The veal bavette with grain (a new discovery) was simply divine, as was the duck parmentier. After so many unfortunate experiences, we almost forget what generous "homemade" cuisine is, in both quality and quantity (XXL). The desserts (rum baba and nougat glacé) were perfect. All accompanied by an excellent Prosecco as an aperitif, and a very good local wine (Gonfaron) by the carafe. So, for all the epicureans, this is a must-visit address on the port, the first of only three places worth a detour. And for all the tourists, a lovely stop, even if it means forgetting the sea view for a moment in favor of the view of what's on your plate.
